Busy times

Wow I just realized that I haven’t written in my blog in a while. Things have been going well but I have been very busy. This week I did a lot of work and on Wednesday I finished my work that my boss had given me for the whole semester. So, on Thursday I searched for jobs and on Friday I applied to a job with the Secret Service. Hopefully I will hear something back but if I don’t I have now gone through the process of applying and filing out a Knowledge Skills and Applications. It is nice to get one of those out of the way because there will be a lot of them in the applications I have to fill out.

One nice thing this weekend is that it is a federal holiday on Monday so we have a 3 day weekend. I am excited about this because now today we can just hang out and do our homework and tomorrow we are going to try to hit up all the Columbus day sales. There is supposed to be a really good one at Macy’s but I didn’t find anything I liked on Friday so hopefully Monday I will. I need to get some button down dress shirts. I have already worn my clothes 10 times. No just kidding but I would like more of a variety so I am going SHOPPING.

Can you guys believe that it is already October, because I can’t? I have already been here for 6 weeks. Two more weeks and rent will be out here. I am super excited about that! It is his fall break so he will be here for 3 days so that is nice. It will be nice to get to see someone from home.
